Stopped in here for a quick bite for lunch. They have affordable and delicious lunch specials. We were greeted promptly and sat immediately at around 12:30 pm on a Thursday. I love the atmosphere and it has a lot of cozy areas to sit. I ordered the pozole and two shredded beef tacos. The beef tacos were nothing special but that pozole was amazing! It was so flavorful and rich. I would order that every time! My husband's chile verde burrito was flavorful and they got his order right because he can't have cheese. There was a waiter whose name I didn't catch and he was so sweet. He never let our drinks empty and I don't think I ever saw him stop moving. This is a great place to get an amazing, and flavorful meal.

I've stopped by here a couple times on road trips and it's such a gem. Always great food and great service and around Halloween they had fun spooky themed cocktails. Love it!

The decor and vibrant colors made me feel like I was at a restaurant right off the beach! Since I have a plant-based diet, I was excited to see they had a specific section on the menu for vegetarians. I had the veggie enchiladas and subbed the white sauce for green sauce. Most Mexican restaurants only offer cheese-stuffed enchiladas instead for no-meat eaters, so I was pleasantly surprised by this option. They were delicious! Now, I make my enchiladas at home the same way, with yellow squash, zucchini, and onion. The side of rice and beans were well seasoned. I recommend getting a glass of their horchata. The service was great, everyone was welcoming. They had mentioned they have an area in the back to host any birthday or celebration dinners. Definitely my new go-to for Mexican food in Bakersfield!

This place is always amazing. The service is wonderful, the staff is so nice and accommodating, and they had our table ready on Mother's Day when we got there. This place will always be one of my favorite Mexican restaurants. Thank you so much for a delicious lunch!

I Am Having The Pozole With Corn Tortillas, My Fiancée Is Having A Cheese Enchilada, With A Carne Asada Crispy Taco Combo With Rice And Beans. And Kryschan Is Having The Mariscos Poblanos..!! We eat here a lot. There's a good reason for that. The food is really, really good. The service is always friendly and attentive. The joint itself is kind of strange, but don't let that put you off . Fresh salsa. House made tortillas. The food is really, really good.
